Talley sawmill, South wales.
June 2019 saw us completing a new installation in an industrial sawmill in South Wales.
The installation work involved us installing a new distribution board, wiring and controls for a new biomass boiler that was being installed by our client Shaw Renewables.
The installation was carried out over three days with testing and commissioning being the final
part of the install.
Lodge works, Knowsley, Liverpool
We completed a full electrical installation to four new commercial units in Knowsley in spring 2019.
Two of these units were given a basic installation of lighting and power ready for prospective businesses/tenants. The remaining units were transformed into becoming a new HQ for one of our clients Leedex construction.
We installed power and lighting via steel cable basket, steel trunking and steel conduit to give the new office an industrial feel. We also installed CAT5 cabling for data points, CCTV and carried out the first fixing of the fire alarm system.
Holden Road, Brighton-le-sands, Merseyside
We completed the full electrical package on 27 flats in Holden Road, Brighton-le sands in 2019 for one of our clients.
The site was split across three blocks of flats, which were to be used in the private health sector and were fully rewired.
CCTV, door access and fire alarm systems were also installed.
Demesne Street, Wirral
The start of 2020 saw us complete a project on the Wirral.
This old pub was renovated and converted into 10 flats and a community/skills centre to aid people with disabilities into cooking and learning IT skills.
LBA were responsible for the full rewiring of the building including CCTV, door access, fire alarm and data cabling.
