Only operatives employed by LBA Electrical Services LTD will carry out any electrical work.
How long are your quotes valid for?
All are quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all materials installed unless the manufacturers guarantee is longer.
Have you any health and safety accreditations?
LBA are registered with safe contractor which demonstrates we can meet specific health and safety requirements.
Do you carry out PAT testing?
Yes, this is something we do for many businesses and landlords/estate agents.
Can you carry out Electrical installation condition reports?
Yes, this is something we have great experience in.
Do you cover CCTV systems?
Yes, we can install and carry out maintenance on CCTV and other security systems.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes, we are VAT registered.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes, we will give a full written quote with a breakdown of costs.
I work Monday to Friday during 9 to 5 hours are you flexible with your time?
Yes, we can make evening appointments and also weekends to suit your needs.
What do you specialise in?

Yes, we are fully insured and are happy to provide evidence of this.
